Welcome to the Treehouse Family!
We know joining a gym can be overwhelming to new Members. We are here to help familiarize you to the layout of the Club and all that is has to offer you and your family. We know the more comfortable you are the more you will use your membership and the more successful you will be in reaching the goals you have.
A Treehouse Fitness Professional will contact you as to schedule your Free Fitness Assessment as soon as possible. This assessment will focus on your current situation that will help them design a program specifically for you so you don't waste any time getting started.
In your second session the Fitness Professional will actually take you through your workout so you know where everything is and know how to use each piece of equipment or where classes are located.
Your follow up appointment will be the time to evaluate your progress and make changes so you keep moving forward.

MORE THAN EQUIPMENT!
The Fitness Floor, located on the second floor boasts 23,000 square feet of spacious workout area equipped with the finest in free weights, selectorized strength pieces, circuit training, cardiovascular machines, aerobic studios, and a Spinning studio. You'll enjoy high ceilings, cool ventilation and plenty of natural sunlight while you exercise. Watch your favorite programs on the Cardio Theatre transmission.
Personal Trainers and fitness instructors are available to assist with instruction and spotting, and can address questions ranging from exercise science to diet and nutrition. The Club's personal trainers are available for members interested in receiving one-on-one instruction and guidance on a fee basis.
VO2 TESTING
Many times we push ourselves thinking, "no pain, no gain." But this isn't necessarily true. What you really need to focus on is your individual optimal training zone. Different levels of intensity meet different fitness goals. Some burn more fat, some increase endurance, and some focus on strengthening your heart. Make your workout more effective and efficient. CERTIFIED STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING SPECIALISTS
(CSCSs) are professionals who apply scientific knowledge to train athletes for the primary goal of improving athletic performance. They conduct sport-specific testing sessions, design and implement safe and effective strength training and conditioning programs and provide guidance regarding nutrition and injury prevention. Recognizing that their area of expertise is separate and distinct, CSCSs consult with and refer athletes to other professionals when appropriate. -- National Strength & Conditioning Association.
At Treehouse Athletic Club we have three (3) Trainers who hold this distinct credential and have had personal experiences in a variety of sports. Keeping with our goal of providing activities and services for the entire family, we offer the most qualified Trainers in the industry to help your child improve their performance in their respective sports.
JUNIOR MEMBERS' ACCESS TO ADULT FITNESS FLOOR
Junior Members between the ages of 12-15 access to the adult Fitness Floor between the hours of 1:00 pm and 5:00 pm on days designated by the Club. Currently those days will be Sunday through Saturday. To help our Junior Members be more successful in their exercise pursuits we have set up a mandatory orientation conducted by designated TAC Fitness staff. The orientations will be held every Tuesday and Thursday at 4:00 pm and 4:30 pm. The orientations will last approximately 30 minutes and must be attended by at least one parent.
During the orientation, the Junior and parent will have the Fitness Floor policies and procedures explained to them as well as demonstrations on strength equipment, cardiovascular equipment, and stretching. TAC Fitness staff will also explain what is expected of the Junior members while they are on the Fitness Floor and circumstances that could lead to suspension of Fitness Floor privileges.
GROUP FITNESS CLASSES
Treehouse continues to lead the area with their Group Fitness program with over 80 drop in classes each week. Treehouse has two exercise class studios with suspended wood floors on the second floor as well as another large classroom on the basement level. In addition, if you prefer a smaller, more intimate setting, you can work out in the Fit Zone, located on the basement level.
Our instructors are certified and exhilarating. With so many class times and such a variety from boot camp to yoga and mat pilates, you are sure to find a mix that will help you reach your fitness goals. Download the Group Fitness Class Schedule below.
